El proceso de Cerrar Contrato chequea que todos los contratos están ejecutados y finalizados. El Project Manager chequea que todos los contratos con los proveedores están ejecutados y que los Entregables de estos contratos hayan sido entregados. También chequea que el contrato con el cliente esté completado.

El output de este proceso son los Contratos Cerrados
